As a coach in sensuality, relationships, and intimacy, I’m here to help you discover who you truly are—beyond the expectations of others.

My journey started at 22 when I became a mother. This life-changing experience brought childhood traumas to the surface and pushed me to get to know myself on a much deeper level. It was during this time that I connected with my sensuality and sexuality, finally finding the courage to break free from society’s boxes — as a woman, and as a mother.

In 2018, I launched my Sensual Goddess Dance Classes, where I held space for hundreds of women, femmes, and non-binary people to reclaim their power through sensual movement. This showed me what I felt called to do: guiding people to reconnect with their sensuality and sexuality, while also supporting their journey of self-discovery, healing and empowerment.

After a few years of teaching my sensual dance classes I realized I wanted to go beyond movement and create a space where I could support people on a deeper level. This is when I decided to shift my focus and transform my business into a coaching practice, so I could facilitate more profound, lasting change and guide my soul clients to create an authentic connection with the body, intimacy and sex.

“i love to create safe spaces where we can (re)connect with our sensuality & sexuality”

my purpose

Now, as a certified relationship and systemic coach, specialized in sensual embodiment and intimacy, I provide a judgement-free space where you can explore your sensuality and sexuality fully.

I have created The Love Journey and The Sensual Journey— pathways designed for anyone looking to to deepen their connection with themselves, their bodies, and their partner(s). Through these pathways and their specific offerings you can receive guidance and support to rediscover your inner power and pleasure.

Together, we’ll journey through the process of self-acceptance, liberation, and confidence. My mission is to help you release the shame, guilt and insecurities that have held you back from fully embracing your sensuality and sexuality, so you can step into the freedom of your most authentic and empowered self.

“i know what it means to feel disconnected from yourself. to shrink, to silence, to suppress. i also know what it means to break free— to come home to your body, to embrace your longings, to live in your fullness.

this is the work: finding yourself and finding freedom in who you truly are”
